Performance of Airbags

The reinforcement cord layers, which are made of synthetic-tire-cord commonly used in tires, are arranged at ideal angles to hold the internal pressure and distribute stress evenly. So they can provide strong efficient reinforcement.

The rubber airbag is designed for shipyards of new built or repaired ships launching technology development, the performances of our rubber airbags all exceed the relative international and China standards for marine technology.

The main function is lifting the ship launching uphill, has a very high load capacity, wear resistance and corrosion resistance to seawater. It can also use the airbag buried in the appropriate location, high position, pull the boat onto it, and then on the balloon inflated, the ship would be easy to rise.The airbag body is round and smooth and the heads are safe and reliable.

Luhang airbags have been widely used in domestic and overseas.The application of airbag has little specific site constraints and it does not large machinery or equipment, thus using airbags to launch or land ships can shorten project period and financially save a large amount.
