We buy raw material natural rubber(from Tailand , Vietnam, Yunnan ) , carbon black , SBR , etc . Then Mix them as the rates(which can make sure the performance of airbags and fenders) , after machine mixing and calendering , then we can see the fabric rubber layer and rubber plate . Now the workers can use them to produce the airbags and fenders . After then , we send the products to the vulcanizer to finished vulcanization . Then we will inflate the products to check the air leakage . If no problem we will packing them , waiting to ship to u .

Pneumatic rubber fender use matters needing attention

• Pneumatic pressure control in±5% of the rated pressure
• Test pressure normally, add pressure in a timely manner
• Avoid contact with sharp objects
• When Long time not need, should wash to dry, filled with right amount of compressed air, placed in a cool dry ventilated place.
• Storage place away from heat, acid and alkali, oil and grease

Hydro-Pneumatic Submarine Fenders

A variation of pneumatic rubber fender, it is however deployed vertically to provide full protection both underwater and at the water surface. The fenders are water ballasted and comes with a counterweight attached to the bottom part of the fender.
