Arch Fender including rubber italics, the features is that put-in steel plate in the bottom and top on rubber in italics, also had bolt hole on steel plate. Have wedge installation groove on upper the top and bottom in bolt hole, also installation on rubber body under the screw bolt hole. Fixed frontal frame upper rubber italics by bolt, and fixed face pad on the frontal frame. The Arch Fender use new structure, increase the compression deformation, improve the energy absorption, reduces the surface pressure, reduce the friction coefficient, prolong the service life. Due to the bolt hole in rubber body, so reduce the distance between the two rubber italic, expand the scope of application. Very suitable for the narrow port, new type of flexible installation form. Can be horizontal, vertical, group arrangement, suitable for all kinds of dock.

Initially established as Qingdao Luhang Marine Airbag Factory in 1988 and changed to Qingdao Luhang Marine Airbags and Fenders Co.,Ltd in 2011, Qingdao Luhang had been devoted itself to developing and manufacturing marine airbags and marine fenders for more than 2 decades.

The factory area is 56,000m² with building area of  21,000m². The company has registered capital of USD 3 million and fixed asset of USD1.2 billion. We have a full line of production equipment: rubber mixing machine, rubber roller machine, the China biggest vulcanization tanks, the biggest Press Inspection Machine, EVA foam processing machine, Foam shaping machines and SPUA spraying machine.
